Manifolds

Spex Precision Machine produces made-to-order manifolds to exact customer specifications. Manifolds are typically made from Aluminum, Brass, and Steel. From small two port designs to larger twenty port manifolds and usually have either tapered or straight mechanical pipe threads.

Spex has the equipment and expertise to produce both very basic manifolds to the more complex designs and our staff will work together with your engineers to develop the most cost effective manifold to meet your needs.

Manifolds are typically used to disburse a common supply of air, gasses, or fluids to multiple locations within an assembly. Spex supplies precision custom manifolds to a wide range of industries including: Transportation, Measurement, Valve and Controls, and Machine Tools.

Adapters, Connectors and Fittings

Spex Precision Machine produces made-to-order precision Adapters, Connectors and Fittings from a wide variety of designs, sizes and metals. Spex produces these precision machined on CNC turning centers, Swiss Screw Machines and Domestic Multi-spindle Screw Machines depending on the complexity, material type, and order volume.

Adapters, Connectors and Fittings are produced by Spex for nearly every industry that consumes precision machined components. Spex has the equipment and expertise to produce both very basic fittings to the more complex designs and our staff will work together with your engineers to develop the most cost effective product. We produce Fittings, Adaptors and Connectors from Steel, Stainless Steels, Brass, Aluminum and any other metal specified by our customers.

Swiss Screw Machine Products

We use CNC Swiss Turns with up to twelve (12) axis of CNC control and we can machine in one operation, even the most complex screw machine product imaginable.
